One home for working knowledge
Record context, decisions and actions, then link them to the projects and people they affect.
Give new teammates one connected path through tools, policies, roles and first-week tasks.
Keep the reason behind a choice next to the work, with backlinks to every page that depends on it.
Document repeatable processes so the next person can follow the current answer instead of asking again.
How the team wiki works
Start with a page. Use headings, tasks, tables, toggles, code, images and files without designing a system first.
Type [[ to link related pages. FolianX adds the backlink automatically, so context works in both directions.
Move shared knowledge into a teamspace, invite members and admins, and keep personal notes private.
Knowledge that stays usable
Search spans the workspace. Markdown export works per page and the full workspace downloads as a zip on every plan. On paid plans, an MCP-capable assistant can search and read the same knowledge through a revocable token; Enterprise can also write.
FolianX is for notes, docs and connected team knowledge. It does not currently provide relational databases, spreadsheets, kanban or calendar project views, native apps or offline editing. If those are central requirements, a broader workspace is the better fit.

A team wiki is a shared, searchable collection of internal knowledge that team members can create and maintain together. It usually contains onboarding guides, meeting notes, decisions, procedures and project documentation. FolianX adds linked pages, backlinks and teamspaces to that basic model.
Yes. FolianX is designed for internal team knowledge: structured pages, nested organization, full-text search, links, backlinks, files and shared teamspaces. It is not currently a public customer-support knowledge base with branded publishing.
Yes. Every plan can export individual pages as Markdown and the full workspace as a zip archive. Export is not reserved for a paid tier.
No. FolianX connects an external MCP-capable assistant chosen by the user. Pro gives that assistant read access; Enterprise can grant read-write access. The external AI provider handles any content it fetches under its own terms.
FolianX is hosted in France. That is a supporting trust and data-residency benefit; the product is available to teams beyond France and Europe.
