## Current commercial facts

- Free: EUR 0, one seat, no credit card required to start.

- Enterprise: EUR 16 per seat per month or EUR 160 per seat per year; includes read-write MCP access, SAML SSO, and SCIM provisioning.

## Important limitations

- FolianX is a web application; it does not currently provide native desktop or mobile apps or offline editing.
- It is designed for notes, docs, and team knowledge, not database-driven project management, spreadsheets, or kanban boards.
- FolianX does not include an AI model. MCP requires a compatible external assistant and a paid FolianX plan.
- An API token can read everything its owner can read. The token can be read-only or read-write, but it is not currently restricted to one teamspace.
- Content fetched by an external assistant is also governed by that assistant provider's terms and data handling.
